Tom has lived all his life around the Letcombe Brook area, apart from a few years in South Wales where he studied for a degree in Geography. He has over 7 years of experience in wildlife conservation, having volunteered and trained with both BBOWT and The Earth Trust. Alongside his role as part-time Project Assistant, he also runs a gardening and landscaping company, and is Project Leader for the local community action group, Wild Wantage. He particularly enjoys bird watching along the brook and working with volunteers and the public, improving the connection between people and their local environment.
